Headway Technology Refurbished Laptop Return Policy

 

At Headway Technology, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If any reason you are not completely happy with your refurbished laptop, we offer a return policy that allows you to return or exchange your product under certain conditions. Please review our return policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, including:

Original packaging

All accessories like (charger, cables, etc.)

Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)

Laptops must not show any signs of physical damage, such as scratches, cracks, or water damage.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Laptops with signs of misuse, damage, or alteration.

Software, including pre-installed operating systems, that has been activated.

Batteries, if more than 30 days have passed since the purchase date..

Clearance items or items sold “as-it-is.”

3. Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your product.

You are responsible for shipping costs when returning an item unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was shipped.

Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or call about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

If the item is returned due to a defect or error on our part, we will also refund your shipping costs.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your laptop for another model, please contact us within the 30-days return window. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Items eligible for exchange must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and accessories.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the repair, replacement, or return of the item at no additional cost to you.

7. Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee may be applied to returns that are not due to defective products or errors on our part.
